RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
We want you to love your JCLN Home purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Eligible Items:
- Kitchen linens, throws, and pillows (unused, in original packaging)
- Mugs, vases, and home decor items (undamaged, in original packaging)
- Wall decor (undamaged, in original packaging)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Fragrances and candles (due to hygiene and safety)
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom items
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
How to Return:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship to the address provided
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
