Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship to all 50 US states. The following rates apply at checkout:

• Free Standard Shipping on orders $50 and over
• Standard Shipping — $6.90 (under 1 lb) | $11.45 (1–5 lbs) | $14.99 (5-10 lbs) | $19.99 (10-20 lbs) | $24.99 (20+ lbs)

Estimated Delivery Time Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!

Shipping Delays JCLN Home is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please check your tracking number for updates or contact us for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@jclnhome.com. For lost packages, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. JCLN Home is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@jclnhome.com and we will do our best to make changes before the order ships.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
